Our office is up on the 4th floor at 21 Rustambagh Road in Mahadav Nagar. Being higher up gives us a bit of a view, though it’s mostly just rooftops and the tops of trees. All Cargo Global Logistics Ltd is where we spend our hours. It’s a logistics business, so there’s always something moving somewhere in the world, even if we are just sitting in front of screens. The phones ring a lot, and there’s a lot of back-and-forth about schedules and shipping lanes. It can be stressful when a ship is delayed or a port is closed, but that’s just the nature of this industry. We don't have a fancy lobby with a fountain or anything like that. It’s a functional space with desks, printers, and a small pantry where we make tea. The walk up to the 4th floor can be a bit of a workout if the lift is acting up, which happens every now and then. We have a mix of experienced staff and some younger folks who are still learning the ropes. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just track cargo and make sure it gets from point A to point B without too many headaches. It’s a lot of small details that most people never think about. We stay busy, we keep our heads down, and we try to stay on top of the paperwork that never seems to end for us.
