Suhana Developers

Our little office is tucked away in RT Nagar, specifically at No.6 on 1st Main, 1st Cross. We are quite close to the Adi Kabir Ashram, which is a good landmark if you are trying to navigate these streets. Things here at Suhana Developers are usually pretty steady but rarely quiet. There is always a phone ringing or someone coming in to discuss a plot or a new project idea. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we can sit down with maps and documents to figure things out. Bangalore weather can be a bit unpredictable, so we spend a lot of time checking the skies before heading out to various sites. Most of our days are a mix of sitting behind the computer and driving around the city to see how things are shaping up on the ground. It can be tiring, especially with the RT Nagar traffic during peak hours, but it’s what we do. We have been in this spot for a bit and the neighbors are friendly enough. We mostly focus on the technical side of development, making sure the plans actually work in the real world. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, drinking tea and double-checking the numbers. It is just us working hard to keep things on track for everyone involved. We just keep plugging away day after day.
