Subway Restaurant Whitefield

We are set up in the New Tech Park Mall, specifically at G-48. It’s right next to the Sai Baba Hospital in the ITPL area of Whitefield. Since we are in a mall, things are a bit different than a street shop. We get a lot of people from the tech parks nearby, especially during the middle of the day. They come in wearing their badges, looking for a quick bite before heading back to their desks. The mall can get pretty quiet in the mornings and then suddenly it’s a rush. We spend that quiet time getting the bread baked and slicing the vegetables. It’s a routine we follow every single day. We are in the 560066 area, which is always growing. The shop is tucked into its spot in the mall, nothing too flashy. We just have the menu on the wall and the ingredients behind the glass. Our team is small, just a few people to handle the orders and the cleaning. It’s mostly about keeping the pace up when it gets busy. We don't really do anything besides make sandwiches and keep the place tidy. If you’re around the hospital or working in ITPL, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times. We just try to be a reliable spot where you know what you’re getting. Sometimes the mall music is a bit loud, but you get used to it after a while.
