Subway Restaurant Shivaji Nagar

Our shop is at Number 1, Touchstone Annexe, right across from Samad House on Hospital Road. Shivaji Nagar is always a noisy place with all the bikes and buses going past. We are located right in the middle of it all. The building is easy enough to find if you are coming down the main road. We see a lot of people from the nearby hospital and the local offices. It’s a busy environment. We spend our mornings mostly prepping the counters and making sure we have enough of everything for the lunch crowd. The staff here has been working together for a bit, so we have a rhythm. It’s not a big fancy restaurant, just a place for a sandwich. We have the standard layout you’d expect. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic outside gets stuck, and it gets a bit chaotic, but we just keep going. We don't bother with much marketing or anything like that. Usually, by the afternoon, we are just refilling the bins and cleaning up the crumbs from the tables. It’s steady work and we see a lot of regulars who live or work nearby. We have been here on Hospital Road for a long time and the neighborhood knows us well enough by now.
