Stericon Pharma Private Limited is located at No-367/1/1-B/2 on Begur Road in Bommanahalli. This is an industrial part of town, so there’s always a lot of dust and the sound of machinery nearby. Our building is quite large compared to a retail shop. We have different sections for different parts of the process. Most of the time is spent following strict routines because that’s just how things have to be done here. We wear uniforms and spend a lot of hours on our feet. The floors are hard and the lighting is very bright. It’s not a place for chatting much; everyone has their specific task to focus on. On Begur Road, you get used to the heavy trucks and the noise of the neighborhood Bommanahalli. We have a gate with a security guard, and people have to sign in and out. It’s a serious environment. We spend a lot of time checking the machines and making sure the packaging is right. It’s a bit of a maze inside if you don't know your way around. We don't really have visitors, just delivery drivers and staff. It’s hard work, and by the end of the shift, everyone is pretty ready to head home. We just keep the facility running day and night to keep up with what is required. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of operation in the heart of the district.
