We set this place up because we saw how many people needed a spot where they could both sleep and get some work done without a lot of fuss. It’s a simple setup. We have rooms that aren't too big but they have what you need, like a desk and a decent connection. We don't have a fancy reception or a big cafeteria. It’s more of a practical building for people who are in town for projects or meetings. We spend our days checking people in and making sure the workspace areas are kept tidy. It’s mostly quiet inside, which is a big change from the noise on Infantry Road. We aren't a big hotel chain. It is just a small team of us looking after the building. Sometimes the lift acts up or we have to fix a leaky tap, just the usual things that happen in any building. We try to keep out of the way so people can focus on their jobs. Most of the people who stay here are looking for a place that isn't too expensive but is close to the city center. We have been here for a bit and we like the location because everything is within walking distance. It’s just a basic, functional place for busy people.
