Stars N Stripes Restaurant

We are over at No.2 St Patricks Complex on Brigade Road. It’s a very central spot in Bangalore, right near St Patricks School and across from Eva Mall. Stars N Stripes has been around this area for quite some time now. Brigade Road is always packed with people, so we see a lot of students and office workers coming in for a bite. The restaurant is a bit of a mix of things. We serve various types of food, whatever people seem to like these days. The interior is simple and a bit worn down in places because of how many people walk through every day. We don't have a fancy corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us working the floor and the kitchen. Some days the music is a bit loud because that's what the younger crowd likes. We deal with the typical Bangalore traffic issues and the noise outside our front door every single day. It’s a lively place to work, even if it gets exhausting. We don't use any complicated recipes, just standard stuff that tastes good and fills you up. Sometimes we have to change the menu slightly if we can't get certain ingredients from the market in the morning. We just write the changes on a small board near the entrance. It’s a very direct way of doing things. We’re usually too busy to worry about being polished or perfect. We just want to make sure people get their food and have a place to sit.
