We've been at No.215 on 4th Main for a while now. J P Nagar 3rd Phase is a busy spot, and our shop is right in the middle of it. It’s mostly just us getting through the orders every day. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but we’re used to it. The floor is always a bit dusty, and there’s usually a stack of parts waiting by the door. We don't have a big front office or anything fancy like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find someone covered in grease or bent over a lathe. It started small, just a couple of machines and a lot of long nights. Now we have more equipment, but the routine hasn't changed much. We drink a lot of tea while looking at drawings. The guys know exactly where every tool is, even if it looks messy to someone else. We handle the metal work and whatever else comes through. It’s steady work. Some days are faster than others depending on what people need. We like being in this part of town. It feels like home after all these years. People know where to find us if they need something fixed or made. There's no big secret to how we do things, we just show up and get to it. The machinery hums all day, and we go home tired. That’s pretty much how Stanmek Engineers operates. We keep it honest.
