Srvice Engineer

We’ve been here at 1078 on 15th Cross for a while now. Being a service engineer in Bangalore, specifically in BTM 2nd Stage, means dealing with a lot of different calls every day. Most people find us because they live nearby on 29th Main or just saw our sign while stuck in traffic. It's a busy spot. We handle technical stuff, mostly repairs and maintenance. It's just a small setup, nothing fancy. We spend most of the day out at people's houses or offices anyway. The 15th Cross road gets quite crowded in the evenings, so if you're coming by, morning is usually better. We've seen the area change a lot over the years. It used to be quieter. Now there are shops everywhere. We try to keep things moving and help out whoever calls. It's hard work, but it keeps us busy. We aren't a big corporation, just a few people trying to get the job done. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. Just the workspace here at our address in BTM. We like it here because everything is close by. Sometimes the email takes a day to get a reply because we are out on the field and not sitting at a desk. That’s just how it goes for us.
