Srinivas & Khan Architects Interior Designers

We’ve been over at 1027Th Cross for a while now. It's Srinivas and Khan here, doing the architecture and interior design work. People usually stop by when they need a house plan or if they're looking to change up the inside of their place. We try to keep things pretty straightforward. It’s mostly just us working on drawings and talking to folks about what they need for their rooms. Sometimes it gets busy, other times we’re just sketching. It’s a small operation. We handle the design part and the interior stuff too. It’s not fancy, just a regular office where we get things done. Mostly, we listen to what you want and try to put it on paper so the builders know what to do. If you’re around 1027Th Cross, you’ve probably seen the sign. It’s where we do all our thinking and planning. Nothing too complicated about it. We just like building things and making spaces look alright. Sometimes the coffee is cold, but the work gets finished. We’ve seen a lot of different projects come through the door. From small rooms to bigger layouts. We just take it day by day. Srinivas and I usually handle most of it ourselves. It works for us. We just focus on the plans and the colors and making sure the measurements are right. That’s about all there is to it. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't.
