Swbi Architects Pvt. Ltd.

Located at 3358/E-13 in the 2nd Stage of Indira Nagar, our office is right in the middle of all the noise and activity that Bangalore is known for. Swbi Architects Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the way the traffic sounds outside while we are working on floor plans. It is a 2nd Stage spot, so it feels a bit more residential in some parts but still very busy. The office itself is full of large tables and a lot of computers that stay on way too late. We don’t have any fancy receptionists or anything like that. Usually, you just walk in and see someone hunched over a desk. We spend our days dealing with site visits, talking to structural engineers, and trying to make sure the measurements actually work in real life. Sometimes things go smoothly and other times we have to redraw everything three times. That is just how it goes in this business. We have a lot of samples of tiles and wood scattered around the shelves, which makes the place look a bit messy, but it helps us show people what we mean. We focus on the practical side of things. There is no point in a design if it cannot be built properly. We like it here in Indira Nagar, even if finding parking can be a real headache some afternoons during the week.
