Sri Ventkateshwara Engineering Works

We run Sri Ventkateshwara Engineering Works from a shop at 16 Hosur Main Road. To find us, you have to go down NAT Road and look behind where the old BPL building used to be. It’s a bit tucked away, so people sometimes miss the turn the first time. The shop is full of metal scraps, tools, and heavy machinery. It smells like grease and iron most of the time. We’ve been doing this kind of work here for a long time. It’s a noisy place with the sound of grinding and welding going on during the day. We don’t have a fancy office or a place for people to sit and wait with air conditioning. Usually, customers just stand by the entrance and tell us what they need fixed or built. We wear old clothes because everything gets dirty within five minutes of starting work. Hosur Main Road is always loud with trucks and buses, but once you get behind the old BPL site, it gets a little bit quieter, though not much. We keep our tools organized on the walls, or at least we try to. Sometimes it’s hard to find a specific wrench when things get busy. It’s just a small engineering shop where we handle local jobs. We aren't a big factory, just a few guys working with our hands every day to get things done right.
