Sri Venkateshwara Watch Works

You can find us over at 39/2 in Tyagarajanagar. This is Sri Venkateshwara Watch Works, and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time. The shop is small, just enough room for a workbench and a couple of chairs for customers to wait. We mostly spend our time fixing watches that have seen better days. Some are old family pieces, and others are just cheap ones people use for work. We don't mind what kind it is; if it’s broken, we try to fix it. The lighting inside isn't the best, so we use a lot of desk lamps to see the tiny parts we work with. Tyagarajanagar is a nice, older part of town, and we like the pace here. It’s not as crazy as the city center. We know most of the families who live on this street. Sometimes they just stop by to check the time on our wall clocks or to ask for a small adjustment on a watch band. We don't charge much for the little things. It’s just a small local business run by people who know how to handle tools. We don’t have any big plans to expand or anything like that. We’re happy just where we are, keeping the watches of Tyagarajanagar running on time. It's a quiet life, but it’s ours and we like the work.
