Sri Uma Maheshwara Adhyatma Mandira

Sri Uma Maheshwara Adhyatma Mandira is located in Jayanagar 7th Block, right across from the Uma Maheshwara Temple in Manik Baug. This is a quiet corner compared to the rest of the city. We have this space where people come for spiritual gatherings and quiet time. It’s not a big corporate hall or a fancy center. It’s more of a community place. The building itself is simple and we try to keep it as peaceful as possible. People often stop by after visiting the temple across the road. We don't have a lot of rules, but we do ask people to be respectful of the space. Sometimes there are talks or small ceremonies held here. It’s run by a few of us who live nearby and care about keeping the place going. We don't spend money on advertising or anything like that. People just know we are here. The floors are stone and the walls are plain, which helps keep it cool during the summer months. It’s a place for the soul, really. Nothing fancy, just a room and some chairs where you can sit and think or listen to someone speak. If you are looking for a spot to get away from the noise of Bangalore for an hour, you can find us in Jayanagar. We just want to provide a space where things feel a bit slower than the busy world outside our front doors.
