Sri Ranganatha Engineering Works

We've been here at Kamakshi Palya for quite some time now. Most people around the 26th Main know our shop. It’s a busy spot at 39/7, and there's always something going on with the machines. My father started this work many years ago, and I just kept it going because it's what I know. We handle a lot of metal work and fixing things that people bring in. It gets pretty loud during the day with all the grinding and welding. Sometimes the tea stall next door is the only place I get a real break. The shop isn't fancy at all. We have tools scattered around and grease on most surfaces, but that’s just how an engineering workshop looks. People stop by to ask if we can fix a part or weld something small, and we usually just get to it. It’s honest work. We don't have a big office or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably see me or one of the boys covered in some kind of oil. It’s been a long journey in this lane. The traffic on the main road has gotten worse over the years, but we are still here doing the same stuff. We don't really do much advertising. People just find us or hear about us from their neighbors. It’s a small place, but it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. Just a local shop trying to get things done right for the folks nearby. We like the neighborhood.
