Sri Ram Raghav Drug House

Our shop is tucked away in BTM Layout, very close to the IDBI Bank. If you're familiar with the area, you know how the traffic is around here. It can be a real nightmare during peak hours. I usually get here early just to avoid the worst of it. The shop itself isn't very large. We have to be clever about how we stack the crates and boxes so we still have room to walk around. It’s mostly just me and a couple of others handling the daily tasks. We take in deliveries, check the expiry dates, and keep the counter tidy. It’s nothing exciting but it keeps us busy. The bank next door brings in some foot traffic which is helpful. Sometimes people just pop in because they saw the sign while waiting for their bus. We don't have any big mission statements or goals. We just want to make sure the inventory is correct and the customers aren't waiting too long. Bangalore life is fast and we just try to keep up with the pace. The air conditioning breaks down sometimes and then it gets quite stuffy inside. We just open the door and carry on. That’s just how it is working in a small place in BTM. We get a lot of students from the nearby hostels too. They usually just need something simple for a cold or a headache. We try to keep those things right at the front.
