Sri Raghavendra Lodge

Sri Raghavendra Lodge is situated at 631/2 on 46th A Cross in the 3rd Block of Rajaji Nagar. We are in the Hal 3rd Stage area, zip code 560055. The lodge is a basic building, nothing too flashy or modern. We have been here for a good amount of time, providing rooms for people who need a place to stay while they are in Bangalore. It is a simple operation. We spend a lot of our time checking people in, making sure the rooms are swept, and handling the laundry. The street outside can be quite busy, but inside it stays relatively quiet. We don't have a big lobby with fancy carpets. It’s just a front desk and then the stairs leading up to the rooms. We get a mix of people staying with us, some traveling for work and others visiting family in Rajaji Nagar. It’s a lot of work to keep an old building running well. There is always something that needs fixing, like a leaky tap or a lightbulb that has gone out. We just handle things as they come. We are not a big hotel chain with a lot of rules. We are just local people running a lodge. We try to be helpful when guests have questions about the area. It’s a straightforward business, and we like the routine of it. We just keep the doors open and do our work day after day for all our guests.
