Sri Kanniamma Engineering Works

You can find Sri Kanniamma Engineering Works at 139 Peenya Industrial Area. It’s a place where we do a lot of heavy work with metal and machines every day. The workshop is always noisy because of the lathes and the grinding machines running constantly. We have metal scraps piled in the corners and the smell of cutting oil is always in the air. It’s not a clean place, but it’s where the actual work happens. We spend our time taking orders for different machine parts and trying to get them finished on time. Peenya is a huge industrial hub, and being at number 139 means we are surrounded by other workshops doing similar things. We don't have a fancy office; it's just a small desk in the corner of the shop floor where we keep the invoices and drawings. We get a lot of grease on our clothes and hands, but that's just how engineering work is. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend the whole day fixing them instead of doing our regular jobs. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just us and our tools. We take a break in the afternoon for some tea and then get right back to the noise.
