Sri Jangama Kshetra

Our place is located on 9th Cross in the Chamrajpet area. This is an older part of Bangalore where things feel a little more traditional and quiet. The address is 63 on the 1st Main Road. We provide a space for people who are visiting the city or attending various local events nearby. It is a very basic setup we have here. There are rooms and some common areas for guests to use. It is certainly not a luxury hotel. It is more of a practical and affordable place for people who just need a roof over their heads for a night or two. We spend a lot of time on general maintenance because the building is quite old and needs constant attention. The neighborhood is mostly peaceful compared to the noisy main roads of the city. We have some simple rules about noise and timing just to make sure everyone can get some rest. Many of our guests are people who have been staying with us for years whenever they come to town. We do not do any advertising at all. People usually find us by word of mouth or because they already know this part of Chamrajpet. There is a small desk where we handle the check-ins and talk to guests. We try to keep the water and electricity running without any breaks. It is a humble spot that serves its purpose for travelers.
