Sri Gajanana Times

You can find Sri Gajanana Times at 890, right across the street from the Mangala Hotel in the Deep Darshan building. We are located in Jamli Gully, which is part of Hanumanth Nagar. It is a busy little lane with a lot of foot traffic. Our shop is where we spend most of our daylight hours. We focus on watches and clocks, doing repairs and selling some pieces. It is a quiet trade for the most part. We have a small counter where we sit and work on the delicate movements of the watches. Sometimes the parts are so small you can barely see them without a lens. People from the neighborhood come in for all sorts of things, like a new battery or a strap that broke. We have been in this spot for quite a while, so we have seen the hotel across the street change hands and the shops around us turn into different things. The shop itself hasn't changed much. We have the same wooden shelves we started with. It gets a bit dusty because of the road outside, so we have to wipe things down every morning. We don't have any big marketing plans or anything like that. We just open the shop, wait for customers, and fix what needs fixing. It is a steady way to spend the day in Hanumanth Nagar.
