Sri Chowdeshwari Metric Works

We are located at Building Number 1880 in Kaval Bairasandra. If you are coming towards RT Nagar, you probably know the Pushpanjali Theatre. We are right near there. Sri Chowdeshwari Metric Works is basically a place where we deal with all kinds of weighing scales and metric tools. My family has been doing this kind of work for a long time, and I just naturally took it over. The shop isn't very large, and it is usually packed with iron weights and various measuring devices. It’s a bit of an old-school environment. We spend our mornings checking the accuracy of scales for local vendors and small shops in the area. Accuracy is everything in this line of work, even if the shop looks a bit cluttered. RT Nagar is a lively neighborhood, so there is always something happening outside our door. The theatre brings in a lot of people, so we get a fair amount of folks just walking in to ask what we do. We don't have any big marketing budgets or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we have been here for years and people know where to find us. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to work by the light from the door, but we manage. It’s just a regular, honest business that helps other local businesses keep their measurements straight.
