Sri Caterers

Sri Caterers is located at No.19/1 on the 4th Main, 11th Cross, just off Magadi Main Road in Agrahara Dasarahalli. This area is always moving and the main road is usually jammed with traffic. Our place is a bit tucked away from the heaviest noise, but you can still hear the rumble of the buses. The building is a simple structure with a small entrance that leads straight into the main work area. We have high ceilings which helps a bit with the heat from the stoves. We spend our mornings preping vegetables and getting the spices ready for the day. There is no reception desk or anyone to greet you at the door. You usually just walk in and find us busy at the counters. The floor is concrete and we have to wash it down several times a day to keep things tidy. We have a lot of big aluminum pots that take up most of the shelf space. The lighting is a bit dim in the corners, but we have bright lights over the main cooking stations. It is a functional place where we don't waste time on appearances. We have some old stools for sitting during breaks, but mostly we are on our feet. The neighbors are used to us and we have been in this same spot for a good while now. It’s just our daily routine in Agrahara Dasarahalli.
