Sri Amba Engg. Works

You can find our workshop at Plot Number 99-10 A B C in Laxmi Nilayam. We are located in R S Palya, Kammanahalli, right near the Sadashiv Temple. It’s a fairly quiet area, but you can always hear our machines when you get close to the building. Sri Amba Engg. Works has been operating from this spot for several years now. We do a lot of lathe work and general engineering tasks for different clients. The workshop is filled with different tools, some old and some newer, but they all get the job done for us. We have a small team of guys who have been with us for a long time. They know how to handle the precision stuff that comes in. Sometimes we get complicated jobs that take a few days to figure out, and other times it’s just simple repairs. The floor is usually a bit oily, which is expected in an engineering shop. We have a small desk near the entrance where we talk to customers and look at drawings they bring in. It’s not a polished corporate office by any means. There’s usually a bit of metal shavings on the floor despite the daily cleaning we do. We like being near the temple; it’s a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work at hand. Most of our regular customers come by word of mouth.
