If you know the Silk Board Junction, you know how crazy the traffic gets. We are just a bit away from there at No 14/1, on the 40th Main in BTM Layout 2nd Stage. Spice N Nice Kitchens Pvt Ltd is where we spend all our hours. The kitchen is always humming with some kind of noise. We have stoves going and people moving around with crates. It’s not a quiet place to work. We don't have a fancy waiting area or big leather chairs. Most of what we do is behind the scenes. We focus on getting the flavors right. Sometimes the spices make us sneeze when we are grinding them. It’s just a regular workplace with real people doing the cooking. We don't use any pre-made stuff if we can help it. The 2nd Cross gets busy in the evenings with people coming home from work. We see the same delivery guys every day. We’ve had the same sink that leaks a little for two years now. We just put a bucket under it. It’s those little things that make this place feel like ours. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the food that leaves our door is something we’d eat ourselves. It’s a simple way to run a business but it works for us. We just keep cooking.
