Our setup is tucked away in Flat 109 over at Pristine Residency. We are located on 4th Main, 1st Cross in Ns. Palya, right in the middle of B. T. M 2Nd Stage. If you know Bangalore, you know this area gets pretty crowded, especially with all the shops and people moving around constantly. Operating out of this residential space makes Spectroflux Engg Tech Pvt Ltd feel a bit more like a home than a stiff corporate office. Because the walls are a bit thin, we hear the neighbors or the street noise sometimes, but it is a comfortable enough place to sit and work. Inside, you will find a few computers, some desks, and a lot of wires running around the floor. It is not the most organized looking place in the world, but we know where everything is kept. Getting here can be a real hassle with the Bangalore traffic, so some of us try to start very early or stay a bit late to avoid the worst of the jams. We usually make our own tea in the small kitchen or go downstairs if we need a quick break. It is just a small team of us handling things. No big reception desk or anyone to greet you at the door exists here. You just walk in and see us working. It is a practical arrangement that works for what we need to do. B. T. M is a good spot because everything is close by, even if the parking is always a nightmare. We are just here doing our thing day in and day out.
