We are located on the first floor in Vivekananda Colony, right off the Kanakapura Main Road. Spectro-Flux Engineering Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away in building number 19. It is a relatively quiet street compared to the main road, which is good because the traffic in Banashankari can be a nightmare most afternoons. The office has big windows, but we usually keep the blue blinds down to stop the sun from hitting the monitors. We have got a lot of testing equipment taking up most of the desk space. It is not the kind of place where you would find decorations or nice furniture. We have some basic plastic chairs for visitors and a wooden table that has seen better days. Most of the time, it is just the sound of someone typing or the low beep of a machine running a test. We get a lot of dust from the road construction nearby, so we are always wiping down the equipment with soft cloths. Our team is small, and we have worked together for many years, so we don't need to say much to get the work done. We take our lunch breaks together in the small pantry area at the back. Someone usually brings home-cooked food and shares it around. It is a very normal, everyday environment. We do not have a big sign outside, just a small board near the gate.
