Spaghetti Kitchen Restaurant

Spaghetti Kitchen Restaurant is tucked inside the Lido Shopping Mall on Old Madras Road. Being in Ulsoor means we get a real mix of people coming through. Since we are in a mall, there is always that hum of the central air conditioning and the sound of shoppers walking past. It’s quite different from a standalone street shop. We have to follow the mall hours, so we are here late most nights. The kitchen is where most of the action happens. It gets really hot back there even with the vents going full blast. We have stacks of plates and pots everywhere. The staff knows each other well, so there’s a lot of joking around while we work. We use simple ingredients and just try to make things that people will actually enjoy eating. Sometimes the delivery trucks arrive late and we have to scramble to get everything ready before the first customer walks in. On weekends, the mall is packed and we barely have time to breathe. You see families, teenagers, and people just taking a break from shopping. We don't pretend to be some fancy five-star place. We are just a restaurant in a mall trying to keep things consistent. The floor gets scuffed up from all the foot traffic, so we are constantly mopping and resetting the tables. It’s a lot of work but it’s our daily routine and we are used to the fast pace.
