We’re based out on Bellary Road. It’s a busy stretch of road, especially lately with all the new construction happening everywhere. Our office is a bit of a hub for everything we have going on. Sovereign Developers Ltd is really just a group of us trying to get projects off the ground. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to contractors. It’s not always easy, and there are a lot of delays you can’t predict, like the weather or permits taking forever. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just show people what we're working on and let the work speak for itself. We’ve been in the development business for a while now, and we’ve seen the city change quite a bit. Bellary Road is a good place to be because it connects everything. Our office is pretty functional. There are blueprints rolled up in every corner and a lot of empty tea cups. We don’t really do big advertisements. We just focus on the buildings we're putting up and hope they turn out okay. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes it gets stressful, but we like seeing a project move from a drawing to a real structure. We’re just regular folks trying to build things that last.
