Our workshop is tucked away at 1/4, 4th main, 1st cross in Ward No. 11. It's right off the Begur Main road in Hongasandra. If you know the area, it's pretty easy to find once you get off the main stretch. South East Toolings & Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this space for some time. We’ve got machines running most of the day, so it’s never really quiet here. The floor is concrete and usually has a bit of dust on it from the work. We are just a small group of people who know how to handle tools and parts. Most of our days are spent at the benches or checking on the equipment. It’s a practical setup, nothing for show. The guys take their lunch breaks together, usually just sitting where they can find a spot. Hongasandra is a crowded place, especially with all the new buildings going up around us. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit from our corner on 4th main. Our name, South East Toolings & Technologies Pvt. Ltd., is painted on the gate so people don't miss it. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. You just walk into the works area directly. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we keep the doors open for a breeze. We just focus on getting the orders out and keeping the machines in good shape. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do every day.
