Soul City Restaurant

You can find us at Soul City Restaurant, tucked inside the Oakwood Premier Prestige at Ub City Mall on Vittal Mallya Road. Being in a place like Bangalore 560001 means things are always moving fast. We are right there in the middle of all the high-end shops and offices. Even though the mall is quite fancy, we try to keep things down to earth in our own way. We spend a lot of time making sure the tables are set and the kitchen is ready for the lunch rush. It is a lot of coordination between the staff. We are not some massive corporation; we are just the people who show up every day to run this spot. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up or we have a busy night where everyone arrives at once, but we manage. We do not go for those polished marketing lines. We just tell it like it is. It is a restaurant in a mall, and we do our best to keep the space tidy and the food coming out on time. The view of Vittal Mallya Road is alright, but we are usually too busy to look out the window much. We have got a mix of people coming in, from office workers to shoppers. It is just a job for us, really, but we take it seriously enough to keep the place running smoothly every single day. We just keep our heads down and work.
