We are based in Banashankari 3rd Stage, at No. 107 on 4th A Cross. It’s in the Ramarao Layout area. It is a bit more relaxed here than the busier parts of Bangalore. Sopel Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is the name we use, but we are just a small team of engineers. We don't have a big glass building or a receptionist. Our office is filled with computers, cables, and various bits of hardware we use for our projects. It can get a bit messy when we are in the middle of a big task. We don't really follow a strict corporate dress code. Most of us just wear whatever is comfortable for a long day of technical work. The commute can be a bit of a struggle because of the city traffic, so we often start a bit later and stay late to make up for it. We handle engineering tasks for different clients who find us through old contacts. We don't really use social media or marketing people. We just talk directly to whoever needs the work done. It’s a very practical environment. Sometimes we have tea breaks outside to clear our heads when a project gets complicated. We aren't trying to change the world with our tech, we just want to solve the problems we are given and do a solid job. It’s been our way for a long time now and we like the pace.
