Sohum Creation is right on Commercial Street, specifically at 301 K Kamaraj Road. If you know the area, you know how packed and lively Commercial Street is. There is always a lot of foot traffic and noise, which keeps things interesting for us. Our spot is right in the thick of it. We have been operating from this address for a while and we have seen the street change over the years. We don't have a massive team or a glossy brochure to show people. We just have our work and this space on Kamaraj Road. It can be a bit of a squeeze sometimes because the building isn't huge, but we make the most of every square inch. We handle the daily operations ourselves and don't really outsource the management. When you come into our place, you are seeing exactly where the work happens. It’s a bit loud outside with the shoppers and the cars, but inside we just focus on getting the orders out. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just about making things that people want to wear. We try to keep a steady rhythm even when the street outside is chaotic. Most of our day is spent at the benches or talking to suppliers who drop by. It’s a real, working environment with no frills. That’s just the way we like to do things here, and it works for us. We are usually here until late on the weekends.
