Snow Lion Restaurant

Snow Lion Restaurant is on the third floor of the 5th Avenue building on Brigade Road. The address is No 303,3rd floor, 5th Aveenue, Bangalore - 560001. We are right across from the Bata Showroom. Being in this part of Bangalore is constant noise and movement. We have been running this restaurant for quite a while now. It’s a bit of a climb up to the third floor, but we have our regulars who come in every week. The place isn’t very large, so we have to be smart with how we arrange the tables. We spend a lot of our time prepping in the kitchen or checking the inventory. Running a restaurant here means you are always on your feet. We don’t have a corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us doing the daily work. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, and we have to carry boxes up the stairs. It’s tiring, but we get it done. The views of Brigade Road from our windows are actually quite interesting. You can see everyone rushing around below. We just focus on serving the people who walk in. It’s a simple business. We keep the dining area as tidy as we can. It’s just a normal spot for people to grab some food during their busy day in the city.
