Sln Tiffin Room

Sln Tiffin Room is right on OTC Road, not far from the Dharmarayanaswamy Temple. We are also quite close to the Louisia International Hotel, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. It’s a very old part of town and things are always moving fast around here. The street is usually packed with people, bikes, and delivery carts. We open up the shutters early to get things ready for the morning crowd that comes through. It’s a small space, so things can get a bit tight and sweaty when everyone is working at the same time. We don't have any fancy decor or air conditioning or anything like that. It is just some basic tables and the kitchen area where we do the cooking. People come in, get what they need, and go about their day. It’s a simple routine that hasn't changed much in years. We see a lot of the same faces every single morning, which is the best part of the job. You get to know what people like to eat without them even having to say it. The temple nearby brings in a lot of visitors, especially on festival days when the whole street is full. Those days are the busiest for us and we barely have time to sit down. We just keep the stove going and try to keep up with the constant orders. It’s noisy and sometimes a bit chaotic, but that’s just life on OTC Road.
