Our office is situated at No. 17 in the 6th Phase of JP Nagar, right in the Marenahalli area. It’s a fairly large building because we have quite a few people working here at Sitel. Most of the day is spent on phones or computers, handling different tasks that come our way. The area around JP Nagar 6th Phase has changed a lot, with new shops and houses popping up everywhere. Our workplace is pretty standard—rows of desks, some break rooms, and a lot of wires tucked under the flooring. It gets busy during the shift changes when everyone is moving in and out at once. We don’t really go for fancy decorations or anything. It’s just a place where work gets done. Sometimes the parking gets a bit crowded, and we have to find spots further down the road. We have people from all over the city coming here to work, so there’s always a mix of voices in the halls. Marenahalli is a good location because it’s easy for most people to reach. We focus on getting through the daily queues and making sure the equipment is working right. It’s not glamorous, but it’s a solid place to work and the team here is pretty down-to-earth. We just take things one call at a time and try to keep everything organized despite the constant busyness.
