You can find us inside the Pyramid Food Court. We are off the Intermediate Ring Road in the Embassy Golf Links Business Park. It’s right there in Domlur Layout, 560071. This place gets incredibly busy during lunch hour. All the office workers come down from their buildings at the same time. We have to be very fast. I stand behind the counter and take orders as quick as I can. It’s loud because of all the other food stalls and the people talking. We make a lot of Middle Eastern style food. Shwarma and things like that. The grill is always hot. My hands get a bit tired by the end of the shift. We spend the mornings cutting meat and making sauces. Everything has to be ready before the 12 o’clock rush. When it rains in Bangalore, the food court gets even more crowded because nobody wants to walk outside. We’ve been here for a couple of years now. It’s a very modern area with all the big tech companies around. Sometimes we see the same people every day. They have their favorite orders and we don't even have to ask. After the lunch rush ends, we finally get a chance to sit down and have a quick meal ourselves. Then we start cleaning up for the evening crowd. It’s a constant cycle of prep and service. We just try to keep up with the pace of the business park every day.
