Simply Sumptuous

Simply Sumptuous is our little business located at No.402 in LBS Nagar. We are on 8th Main, 7th Cross, right near the Royal Palms building off Airport Road. It’s a handy location for getting around this side of the city. We’ve been here for a few years, mostly focusing on smaller, more personal events. The kitchen is always busy with someone chopping or stirring something on the stove. We don’t go in for fancy presentations or complicated menus. We just like making food that people actually want to eat. Our staff is small, mostly just family and a couple of friends who help out when it gets busy. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we rely on doing a good job so people tell their neighbors. Sometimes the traffic on Airport Road makes things tricky, but we’ve learned the shortcuts by now. We spend a lot of time testing out different spice mixes to get the taste just right. It’s a lot of physical work, standing over hot fires and lifting heavy containers, but we don't mind it much. If you’re near the Royal Palms building, you’re not far from where we work. We are usually in the back working on the next day's orders until late. We just keep things practical and focus on the cooking instead of talking too much about it.
