Sika Interplant Systems Ltd

You can find us at No.3 in the Dr Sharma Building. It’s right there on Ulsoor Road, near where Gangadhar Chetty Road meets it. This area of Bangalore is always moving, and we’ve been part of it for quite some time now. Sika Interplant Systems Ltd isn’t a new setup; we have deep roots in this building. The rooms are a bit old-fashioned, with high ceilings and fans that hum all day long. We work on a lot of technical systems and parts that go into bigger machines. It’s the kind of work that requires you to sit still and look closely at small details for hours. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we have to close the windows, which makes it a bit stuffy, but we manage. We aren’t really into the whole modern startup vibe. We have our old desks, our filing cabinets, and a routine that works for us. Everyone knows their spot. During lunch, we usually walk down the street to grab something quick or eat at our desks while reading the news. It is a steady environment. We don’t try to be something we aren't. We just focus on the engineering and the systems we are responsible for. It’s a quiet kind of busy. We deal with suppliers and clients over the phone mostly, and once in a while, someone drops by the office to discuss a project in person.
