Shrenik Engineering Industries

We operate Shrenik Engineering Industries in the Bommasandra area. Our units are at 72 and 75 in Sahakar Nagar. It’s part of the Nilkantheshwar Housing Society, which is a bit of a mix of homes and small workshops. We’ve been here for several years. We do engineering work, mostly making parts and fixing machines. It’s an industrial kind of life. The workshop is usually filled with the sound of lathes and machines running. We have a few workers who have been with us since the start. They know the machines better than I do sometimes. The floors are always a bit oily, no matter how much we sweep. It’s just the nature of the work. We don't have a fancy front office. Just a small desk in the corner where we keep the invoices and the phone. Sometimes the neighbors in the housing society complain about the noise, so we try to keep the loud work for the middle of the day. It’s a balance. We work hard, usually six days a week. On Sundays, it’s finally quiet. We take pride in making things that work right. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just a reliable one that stays busy. Our units are pretty much where I live during the week. Bommasandra is quite far from the city center, so once I’m here, I stay here. We just do our engineering and try to keep things moving.
