You can find our shop at number 111 on 12th Cross in the Ideal Homes Township. We are right on the Nayandahalli Sarakki Main Road, and if you look across the street, you will see Mount Carmel School. Being near a school means we see a lot of students and teachers coming in when their laptops or computers start acting up. We handle sales and service, so the shop is usually full of spare parts, monitors, and towers waiting to be fixed. It is a bit cluttered with cables and tools, but we know where everything is. We have been serving this part of Bangalore for a while now. We fix all kinds of issues, from broken screens to software that won't load. It is mostly technical work, sitting at a bench with a screwdriver and a soldering iron. We don't have a big sales team or a polished showroom. It is just a workspace where we get things working again. People from the township stop by because we are convenient and we have been here long enough that they know our faces. We spend a lot of time explaining things to customers who aren't very good with technology. It is a steady job, and there is always something new to learn because computers are always changing. We just stay open until the work is finished for the day.
