Our place, Shree Radha Krishna Alloys Pvt Ltd, is over at Plot No 298 in the Bommasandra area. We are right on the Jigani Link Road, near Punit Paradise. Working with alloys means there's always noise and heat around, but that’s just the nature of the factory life. We started small and just kept at it. The industrial area here in Banaswadi is always busy with trucks and people moving materials. Our day starts early, checking the inventory and seeing what needs to be melted or moved. It gets pretty hot in the summer, but the crew is used to it. We handle a lot of metal work and try to keep the quality decent without making a big fuss about it. We aren't a giant company with fancy boardrooms. Mostly, we're just on the floor or in the small office area near the entrance. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend half the day fixing them. It’s just how things go when you're working with heavy stuff. We’ve been at this location for a while and have got to know the other shop owners around Punit Paradise. It’s a lot of hard work and grit. If you come by, you’ll probably hear the machines running before you see the sign. We just focus on getting the orders out and keeping the machines maintained. The link road gets very crowded in the evenings, so we usually try to finish up before the rush. It’s a solid way to make a living and we're used to the pace.
