We are located up on the third floor of Auto Towers, right on Sulthanpalya Main Road. Most days it’s pretty busy around here with the traffic on Jaya Chamarajendra Road, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. Shodhan Engineers has been around for some time now, just handling the regular engineering jobs that come our way. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s mostly just desks, stacks of drawings, and people trying to get things sorted out before the day ends. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more than we’d like. Our office in Bhuvaneshwaranagar is where we spend most of our time, usually looking at technical specs or talking to vendors on the phone. It’s not a quiet place, especially when everyone is trying to meet a deadline at once. We started out small and stayed pretty grounded. We don’t really do those big corporate meetings; we just sit down and talk about whatever project is on the table. It’s practical work. If you come by, you’ll see we keep things simple. We have our routine, we know the neighborhood, and we just focus on the engineering tasks that need doing. It’s a lot of math and double-checking figures, which can be tiring, but it’s what we do here in R T Nagar. Nothing too flashy, just honest work and trying to keep everything running smoothly for the people we work with.
