Shivas Catering Groups

We started Shivas Catering Groups here at No.253, Shreyas in J P Nagar. It’s a busy spot near 31st Main. Most days we are just in the back getting things ready for whatever event is next on the calendar. We don't have a big office or a reception area, just a functional kitchen where the real work happens. People around the 6th Phase know where we are located. It’s mostly about getting the big pots going early in the morning before the sun is even up. Sometimes it's quiet around here, but most of the time it's hectic with everyone running around trying to pack containers. We’ve been at this address for a while now and we've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. The 17th Cross road can get a bit crowded when the delivery trucks come in to drop off vegetables. We just focus on the food and making sure it gets to where it needs to go on time. It's a lot of manual work, like lifting heavy rice bags and scrubbing large dishes. My staff and I usually have tea together before the lunch rush starts to talk about the day. We don't do much advertising at all, just word of mouth from people who have used us before. J P Nagar is a good place to be based. It keeps us busy and we like staying occupied with the daily routines of a local catering kitchen.
