Shivalli Restaurant

This is Shivalli Restaurant. We are based in the city of Bangalore, specifically at No.02 on 2nd Main in Gandhi Nagar. Our spot is right near the Hotel Kanshika premises. Bangalore is such a big city these days, but Gandhi Nagar still feels like its own little world sometimes. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or out front talking to the regulars who come in. The 560009 area code is where we have set up our shop. It is a lot of daily work keeping a restaurant going in such a busy part of town. We open up the shutters every morning and get the coffee started. The street outside is usually full of cars and people heading off to their jobs. We are not some big corporate place with a fancy head office. It is just us here at the restaurant. We focus on the food and making sure there is enough for everyone who walks through the front door. Sometimes we run out of certain items on the menu, but that is just how it goes in this business. My brother helps out with the accounts and I usually handle the floor. It is a very simple setup. Being near the hotel means we get some travelers too, not just the locals. We have been at this for a long time and do not plan on changing much. We just do our thing here on 2nd Main.
