Our shop is at Door No-7, located in the 2nd Cross of Gokul. We are very close to the Ramaya Marriage Hall, so during the wedding season, we hear a lot of music and celebrations while we are working. It is a small engineering setup where we handle various mechanical jobs. The space isn't huge, but we have managed to fit all our necessary tools and benches inside. We usually have grease on our hands by ten in the morning. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small businesses like ours. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to chat for a minute while we are busy with a lathe or a welding job. We have been at this Gokul address for a long time. The floor is concrete and has seen better days, but it serves its purpose. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If someone comes in, they just talk to whoever is free at the bench. It can get quite hot in the summer because the roof is low. We just keep the fans going and keep working. The work is steady and it keeps us occupied. We know most of the people on the 2nd cross. It is the kind of place where you just get your hands dirty and get the job done without much fuss.
