Shiv Sagar Family Veg Restaurant

Located at No. 41 on Bannerghatta Road, we are right by Hulimayu Gate. This area has changed a lot over the years with all the new buildings and more traffic. We are a veg place where families usually come in the evenings or on weekends. The restaurant is pretty straightforward with plain walls and simple furniture. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we think the food is what matters more to the people who live around here. Running a kitchen on such a busy road means dealing with a lot of dust and noise, but we manage. We have a few staff members who have been with us for a long time. They know how to handle the rush when it gets busy. Usually, we see a mix of people, some just passing through and others who live in the nearby apartments. We don't have a big corporate setup, it’s just us doing the daily work. Sometimes we run out of things if the crowd is too big, but we just do our best with what we have. It’s a regular life, waking up, getting the supplies, and opening the shutters. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in Bangalore, just a reliable spot where you can get a vegetarian meal without any fuss. The traffic lights outside are always blinking and the horns are honking, but we just stay busy with the orders. It is a simple way to spend the day.
