Sheshasri Caterers

We operate out of No.3063 in Gayathri Nagar, specifically on 11th Cross in C Block. Being a caterer in a place like this means our days usually start long before the sun comes up. Sheshasri Caterers is basically a family-style operation where we spend our time chopping vegetables and stirring big vats of sambar or rice. The kitchen is the heart of everything we do and it is usually a bit of a mess with steam and big stainless steel containers everywhere. We don't have a storefront where you can sit down and eat, instead we are always packing things into vans to drive them to weddings or small functions around the city. Gayathri Nagar is a quiet enough area but our spot gets busy with people coming in and out for deliveries. We have been doing this for a long time and we know the 560021 area pretty well. There aren't any fancy chefs with tall hats here, just people who know how to cook for a crowd without making a fuss. We don't use any corporate talk about our goals, we just want to make sure the food arrives on time and it isn't cold. It is hard work and your back hurts by the end of the day, but that is just how catering goes. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next order coming through our doors every single morning.
