We've been here in the Shushruth Building for a good while now. Tucked behind the LIC Colony on Madanjhapa Road, the location is pretty quiet compared to the main stretch. Most people find us when they're coming from the main part of Yeshwantpur for their supplies. The shop isn't anything fancy to look at, just row after row of shelves filled with various boxes and glass bottles. Dust builds up pretty fast because of the road outside, but we try to keep things organized enough to find what's needed without a long search. Mornings usually start with checking the new arrivals and making sure the fridge for the cold medicines is running at the right temperature. It stays peaceful in the early hours before picking up once folks head home from their jobs. Occasionally, we don't have a specific item in stock right then, so we have to ask the customer to stop by the next day after the delivery truck comes. That's just part of the daily routine here. We’ve gotten to know most of the regulars by name over the years. They drop in for their usual stuff or sometimes just to chat about the neighborhood. Even though the space is a bit tight, everything has its place on the counters. Listening to the traffic and the neighbor's dog becomes background noise after a while. We keep the lights on and wait for the bell to ring. It’s a decent way to spend the day.
