Our place is at No.182 on Brigade Road, which is probably one of the busiest streets you can find. Being right in the middle of everything in the 560001 area means there is never a quiet moment. We have the bar and restaurant on the lower floors and lodging upstairs for people who need a place to stay in the heart of the city. The rooms are basic but they do the job for travelers who want to be near the shops and the nightlife. Running a place that does both food and rooms is quite a task. Someone is always awake here, whether it’s the night porter or the kitchen staff getting ready for breakfast. The building is an old one, so it has its quirks, like creaky floors and plumbing that needs a bit of attention now and then. Brigade Road is always packed with people, so we get a lot of walk-in traffic from shoppers and tourists. It can be a bit overwhelming for some, but we like the energy of it. We don't try to be a luxury hotel; we are just a practical spot for people who want to be where the action is. My team works hard to keep things moving, even when the street outside is blocked with traffic or events. It’s just life on one of the main roads of Bangalore.
