Sha Traders

Sha Traders is located right in the middle of the bustle at New Bamboo Bazar. If you know City Market 9, you know how crowded it gets around there every single day. We have been in Chickpet for a long time now. It’s a tight space with lots of shops squeezed together on every side. Every morning starts with unloading and trying to find space on the narrow streets for the goods coming in. It’s a lot of manual work and sweating. We deal with whatever comes in that day. The shop isn't very big but we make it work for us. Customers come in and out all day long looking for things. Sometimes it’s hard to even hear yourself talk because of the noise from the street vendors and the carts passing by. We don’t really do much advertising at all. People just find us because we’ve been here so long. My family has always worked in this market since I was a boy. We know all the other shopkeepers around here and we help each other out sometimes. It’s a community of sorts, even if everyone is busy with their own stuff. The floor is usually covered in dust or scraps from the materials we handle. We have a small desk in the back where we keep the accounts in big ledgers. It’s nothing fancy at all. Just a plain old shop in a busy part of town. We stay open late most days.
